La Yalena is from Antioquia, Colombia, an area that produces some of the finest coffees in the world. After trying and failing a few times, the farmer, Elkin Yalena, reinvented his crop to produce only fine honey-processed microlot coffees. This process resulted in a refreshing blend of flavors that include citrus, pineapple, jasmine and a hint of red rooibos tea. However, La Yalena is full of Elkin’s care and dedication.
