Candelaria comes from a single farm in Huehuetenango, one of the most fertile growing regions in Guatemala and one of the few non-volcanic coffee-producing areas. The region is known for having widely varied topography and microclimates, well-distributed rains, excellent soil conditions, and an abundance of favorable fauna and flora species. These qualities are apparent in this fruit-forward and complex yet balanced coffee. Enjoy.
