El Balcón is from Antioquia, Colombia, a region known for producing prized coffee from some of the most sustainable farms in the world. This coffee is an extremely rare sub-batch of the greater crop, referred to as a “microlot.” Each cherry in this lot was hand-selected by the farmers to produce just 20 bags of green coffee. In the cup, El Balcón is a virtuoso of flavor ranging from blackberry bush to tropical & stone fruits to dark chocolate. A truly remarkable creation from a truly conscious farm.
